　　美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)做出裁决，对原名180Solutions的Zango的广告软件公司罚款300万美元，原因是引诱用户安装广告软件且无法卸载。

　　Zango的流氓手段与其他恶意软件差不多，也是声称提供免费软件，诱使用户下载，进而在用户不知觉的情况下安装广告软件。在判罚做出后，Zango已经向FTC做出承诺，保证在安装软件之前征求电脑用户的许可，也会提供软件的卸载方法。

　　据FTC称，已经有7000多万台北美电脑下载了Zango/180Solutions的软件，弹出广告窗口累计超过69亿次。

　　FTC消费者保护局主管Lydia Parnes表示：“消费者的PC是属于他们自己的，不应该被强迫接受任何他们不想要的东西。如果用户想要弹出窗口，那随便，但强行安装软件、弹出窗口、打扰用户日常生活的做法是违反联邦法律的。”
